UPDATE:

This is just to be sure that you got Steve’s message – that all Tuesday and Thursday breakfasts will be served in the hallway near the Auxillary gym at Coffman, not under the stadium. Same time, 6:30.

I will try to get over there today to make sure there will be tables available.

(Also, starting next Monday, all Monday breakfasts will be set up at the Rec Center, in the room behind the coach’s room. I’m still waiting for a headcount. Orion thought there might be about 12, but I will let you know after today.)

If we switch over to having the breakfasts under the stadium at some point, I will let you know.

Swim and dive season is upon us, and again this year, we parents will take turns providing good, healthy breakfasts for our swimmers.

Attached is the swim team breakfast schedule , with parent volunteers assigned to each of the early morning practices. I purposely started the season out with veteran swim parents, allowing freshman parents to wait until later on in the year. Please check your assigned day, and if you are not able to do it that day, please find a replacement. It will help to email me with any changes, as I will be sending out reminders a few days in advance.

Monday mornings are a new addition to this year’s schedule. It will be for a group of select swimmers and the head count is undetermined at this time. I will let you know as soon as I find out. Some of you may have two assigned days because of the Monday addition. There is also practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. There are a total of 24 swimmers signed up for this year.

Also attached is a set of guidelines for setting up these morning breakfasts, and a list of foods along with suggested amounts that we have used in the past. This should help give you an idea of what to bring. If you have questions, please call me or email me, or ask a veteran parent volunteer.
